DDOMAIN: Dividing protein structures into domains

DDOMAIN agrees with AUTHORS annotations 97% for single-domain,82% for two-domain and 56% for three-domain proteins. It agrees with SCOP less well (87%, 69% and 53% for single-, two- and three-domain proteins, respectively)but is still above other SCOP-trained domain parser programs.
