dDFIRE/DFIRE2 Energy calculation

(Tips for calculations of multiple files) In Windows:
1. Zip many PDB files into one zipped file of format rar or zip. Now the file size is limited to 10MB.
2. Upload the zipped file to the server, and energy for all PDBs will be calculated.

In linux:
1. Build one tar file by command "tar czvf all.tar.gz pdb1 pdb2 ..."
2. Upload the tar file to the server, and energy for all PDBs will be calculated.
